New Iron Powder Torch and Dispenser

The Harris Products Group announces the introduction of the Ironferno, an iron powder torch and hopper.

GAINESVILLE, GA / February 23, 2010 / - The Harris Products Group announced today the introduction of the Series 4900 Ironferno, a specialized iron powder torch and dispenser.

The 4900 series powder torch and dispenser is a highly specialized version of standard oxy-fuel gas equipment. The addition of iron powder into the preheat flame produces an extremely hot flame enabling the operator to cut metals that were previously difficult or impossible to cut with other oxy-fuel processes. The torch is 30% more efficient then comparable models. The 4900 series powder torch is more portable than plasma and allows for cutting in any weather condition.
