DETAILS
ER309LSi Stainless steel GMAW (MIG) welding wire is used to weld base metals of similar composition in wrought or cast form. It is also used to weld type 304 and similar base metals where severe conditions may exist. Occasionally, used to weld dissimilar steels. The higher silicon content improves the wetting and washing behavior of the weld metal.
