Model 1390-N is a separable welding/brazing or heating tip for use with alternate fuels. These tips are manufactured using environmentally-friendly tellurium copper. They have excellent machining properties resulting in a higher quality tip. The tips are precision drilled and swaged for more precise and consistent flames. The Model 1390-N series are designed with a counter-bored tip end for maximum performance using alternate fuels. The tips are stable over an extremely broad BTU range, thus one tip size can be used over a very wide range of joint sizes. Model 1390-N tips use a universal mixer for sizes 0-10 eliminating the expense of using a different mixer for every tip size. The tip has a metal-to-metal contact seat virtually eliminating the possibility of leaks and the need for thread sealants.
