DETAILS
Harris’ stainless steel flux-cored welding wires provide filler metal for welding stainless steel and other compatible metals. The wire's flux core helps with deoxidization while stabilizing the welding arc, reducing spatter and increasing the wire’s mechanical properties, thus protecting it from contaminants during welding. This wire is on a spool making it easy to feed through a compatible machine for flux-cored welding.
Features
- Versatility with a smooth arc and good wetting action
- All position welding
- Exceptional performance at high speed deposition rates
- Economical choice, as 100% carbon dioxide can be used as the shielding gas
- Yields x-ray quality welds and an appealing stainless steel bead appearance
- Conforms to AWS specification A5.22
