DETAILS
Pasteweld® leaded solder is a formulated mixture of 50% tin 50% lead, water soluble zinc chloride flux for torch, iron or furnace soldering. It provides a convenient one-step method of solder application. When heated the binder burns away and the flux becomes active. When the soldering temperature is reached the metal solder powder melts and completes the solder connection. Pasteweld® is not to be used in potable water system applications. It is not recommended for processes that involve products for human consumption. It is generally unsuitable for electrical or electronic applications.
