The ultra-portable Harris® brazing repair kit meets the needs that most any HVAC and refrigeration service technician may have while repairing aluminum and copper leaks in the field. This six-piece kit features Aluxcor® for aluminum and Stay-Silv® 15, the industry’s most widely used copper brazing alloy. The kit also includes two wire brushes for cleaning prior to repair - one for aluminum and one for copper, a general cleaning cloth, conveniently packed in a canvas storage bag that can be attached to a belt or equipment.

  • Kit includes: 0.090 in. x 6 in. x 6 stick tube with red hanging cap of Aluxcor®, 0.050 in. x 1/8 in. x 6 in. x 6 stick tube with black hanging cap of Stay-Silv® 15, stainless steel bristle brush with red handle for aluminum and copper bristle brush with black handle for copper, and a cloth for general cleaning, all packaged in a black canvas storage bag that can be worn on a belt or attached to equipment.
  • Used for brazing and leak repair of aluminum and copper tubing.
  • Replacement parts are available: Aluxcor® aluminum kit - PN H-1002-AL and Stay-Silv® 15 copper kit - PN H-1003-SS15; Each replacement kit includes the alloy and a brush.
  • Master carton includes two white display boxes, each display box has 6 kits with hang cards ready for individual display
