Détails
4047 (718) aluminum TIG (GTAW) welding and brazing alloy has a higher silicon content (11% to 13%) makes it a ideal substitute for 4043 because it increases the silicon in the weld metal. Its lower melting point allows for excellent fluidity enabling it to be used as a brazing alloy on thin sections. It complies with ANSI/AWS A5.10 Class R/ER 4047 and ASME SFA 5.10.
