308LSi stainless steel GTAW (TIG) welding alloy has similar usage as 308L, but the 0.65-1.00% silicon content improves wash and wetting behavior in the GTAW welding process. Conforms to AWS A5.9. Conveniently packaged for point-of-purchase display.
