DETAILS

W1200 (RG60) GTAW (TIG) is a high strength, bright finish, steel welding solid wire bare alloy that is used where minimum tensile strength of the steel does not exceed 60 psi. Conveniently packaged for point-of-purchase display.

Features

  • Solid wire used for oxy-fuel and GTAW (TIG) welding
  • High strength steel rod used for oxy-fuel welding on castings, steel plates, structural pipe and shapes
  • It has a minimum weld deposit strength of 60 ksi
  • No flux required but "puddling" of the molten metal will bring any sale or impurities to the surface
  • Weld on clean base metal to ensure the best results
  • Marked with model number on each end for easy identification after use
  • Conforms to AISI/AWS A5.2 & ASME SFA 5.2 Class R60
