Regulators and Flowmeters

Ultra High Purity

Harris offers 3 series of regulators for ultra high purity specialty gas applications. Models 72X and 72XC are recommended for gas purities up to grade 5.0 and higher while our model 74X are suited for gas grades 6 and higher.

Medical Regulators

Harris offers a wide variety of regulators and flowmeters for home health care, ambulance, hospitals, and doctor/dentist offices.

General Purpose

Model 40X specialty gas regulators are for general purpose use. Recommended for gas purity levels up to grade 4.0. They have neoprene diaphragms, forged brass bodies and die cast bonnets. The Model 40X is the regulator of choice when diffusion from a neoprene diaphragm is not important.

Our line of specialty gas special application regulators include vaporizing, severe service and micro specialty gas models.
