316LSi Stainless-steel GTAW (TIG) welding alloy has similar usage as 316L, but the 0.65-1.00% silicon content improves wash and wetting behavior in the gas shielded welding processes. Conforms to AWS A5.9. Conveniently packaged for point-of-purchase display.

• 37% elongation; 68% reduction of area (as welded)
